Recently, I saw Susan Rice and she was absolutely amazing, but the reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because we were told that if we arrived with lawn tickets we had to exchange them for an assigned seat because the lawn was closed and they wouldn’t tell us why. My experience was great when I sat on the lawn before. As we were leaving, we saw people sitting on the lawn. Our seats were terrible and I could barely see because of something blocking my view. Much rather would’ve sat where I payed to sit in the first place.
